Refund Policy

We offer a refund on your payments if we are unable to provides transportation for service after you have paid.

Down payment will not be refunded if customer cancel within 24 hours of pickup time.


Reminder will be sent out 3 days before your trip so that you can secure your spot and also avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked your trip with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

To avoid a cancellation fee of (20%) of your total cost, please provide cancellation notice at least (48 hours) prior to your trip.
